March 2005.  Xerdict Group creates search engine effectiveness (SEO) service.     
The technical subsidiary of Sedgwick, Detert, Moran & Arnold LLP, the Xerdict Group LLC, announced a new services aimed at helping any business improve the placement of their public website in search engine results. February 2005.  Xerdict Group creates trial support animation service.     
The technical subsidiary of Sedgwick, Detert, Moran & Arnold LLP, the Xerdict Group LLC, announced new trial support services, namely the creating custom animations such as accident recreations in support of attorneys in litigation. January 2005.  Xerdict Group publishes law firm portal white paper in the January 2005 issue of Peer to Peer magazine.     
The technical subsidiary of Sedgwick, Detert, Moran & Arnold LLP, the Xerdict Group LLC, provided a whitepaper to the International Legal Technology Association's Peer To Peer magazine. This whitepaper discusses the business benefits and ROI of law firm portals to assist in client development efforts as well as outlining some of the technical and project management steps necessary for law firms to build client portals.
 
November 2004.  Xerdict Group profiled in November 2004 issue of Law Technology News.    
The technical subsidiary of Sedgwick, Detert, Moran & Arnold LLP, the Xerdict Group LLC, was profiled in an article in the November issue of Law Technology News entitled "Internet Frontiers: Pushing the Envelope". The article discusses the business drivers leading Sedgwick to create Xerdict, along with and action steps a law firm must take to create a technology-based services unit. The article also highlights the key services, products and business value Xerdict provides to Sedgwick and its' external client base.
 
November 2004.  Xerdict Group to host LawNet chapter meeting discussing collaboration technology in New York City.    
Xerdict Group, a subsidiary of Sedgwick, Detert, Moran & Arnold LLP, hosted the New York LawNet chapter meeting on November 10, 2004. The meeting discussed strategies and methods of improving and enhancing customer relationships using internet-based technologies and collaboration systems such as litigation extranets, client support portals and other web publishing technologies.
 
September 2004.  Xerdict Group announces expanded case management task tracking functionality.    
Xerdict Group announces expanded case management task tracking functionality which allows case management workteams to assign priorities to litigation tasks. This new feature also allows attorneys and their client to sort and report on litigation tasks by priority. This capability is in addition to the current rich set of available task reports including lists of all tasks, "my tasks", upcoming tasks and the CaseEnsemble bolt-on email notification capability to remind individuals about incomplete or approaching tasks.

Xerdict Group announces launch of the Xerdict legal extranet and legal technology educational site to allow clients and interested parties to learn more about the field of legal technology and litigation case management. This educational site is comprised of a combination of frequently updated blog sites and static HTML pages containing basic information about legal technology and legal extranet case management systems.
 
August 2004.  Xerdict Group announces availability of CaseEnsemble™ legal extranet lead and sub plaintiff tracking.    
Xerdict Group announces availability of CaseEnsemble™ legal extranet lead and sub-plaintiff tracking to allow clients to track an unlimited amount of information about the sub plaintiffs on a matter. This includes profile information describing a plaintiff, settlement information related to a sub-plaintiff matter, court information, or specific comments and notes relating to each sub-plaintiff matter. These new features extend and enhance CaseEnsemble™'s ability to track complex multiple-plainitff product liability and general liability matters.
 
August 2004.  Xerdict Group announces availability of ClientEnsemble law firm portal..    
Xerdict Group announces the availability of the new ClientEnsemble™ law firm portal system to allow law firm to share information such as invoices, marketing information, lists of upcoming events and contact lists with their clients. ClientEnsemble™ helps law firms improve their cashflow by making invoices images available electtonically, and also helps better leverage existing marketing materials which helps to grow and expand existing relationships between law firms and their clients. ClientEnsemble™ can be bundled with the CaseEnsemble™ system to allow law firms and their clients to securely and productively post and share both administrative and case related data and documents.
 
August 2004.  Xerdict Group announces availability of  CaseEnsemble™ legal extranet medical device case management litigation functionality.    
Xerdict Group announces the availability of a new CaseEnsemble™ legal extranet module to allow corporate law departments to track and manage costs associated with medical device legal matters.   This module provides the ability to track dates, hospital information, plaintiff data, and settlement/damages data associated with an implant matter.   This module is bundled with the standard CaseEnsemble™ litigation module, and it further extends and enhances the CaseEnsemble system collaboration capabilities which allow Xerdict Group clients to securely and productively post and share case management data amongst working teams.

Xerdict Group announces the availability of a new CaseEnsemble™ module to allow corporate law departments to track and manage costs associated with legal matters.   This module provides the ability to track budgeted and actual costs, by time period and for the life of the case.   This module is bundled with a litigation cost management report which presents collected data in a clear, concise manner.  This module further extends and enhances the CaseEnsemble system collaboration capabilities which allow Xerdict Group clients to securely and productively post and share case management data amongst working teams.
 
August 2004.  Xerdict Group announces availability of  CaseEnsemble™ legal extranet outside counsel management module.    
Xerdict Group announces the availability of a new CaseEnsemble™ module to allow corporate law departments to track and manage their outside counsel.   This module allows corporate law departments to track the set of law firms representing their company, as well as the list of approved timekeepers and timekeeper rates for each firm.   This module, coupled with the "Documents" area of CaseEnsemble which is used to post documents such as an outside counsel policy manual and litigation management module, provides a toolset to corporate law departments to automate and improve the manner in which they work with and manage their outside counsel.
